Returns and Exchanges

Warmth & Wildflower does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, with the exception of damaged or defective products or if the wrong item was sent to you by mistake on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are considered final. We kindly ask that you double check all items in your cart as well as your personal information prior to completing your order. This will help minimize any problems that may occur during the ordering and shipping process.

Should the product you received is damaged, please notify us immediately, along with a photo of the damaged goods. If eligible for a return, the customer is responsible for all costs and fees that are associated with the shipping process. Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date you received the package. Once you have shipped back the item, please email us the tracking number. We will be more than happy to refund your payment once we have received and inspected the item. To start a return, please email us at hello@warmthandwildflower.com, where you’ll be instructed to send the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the item is marked as shipped, Warmth & Wildflower is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier if such problems should arise.

Shipping is within the US and Canada only and takes between 2-5 business days (USA) and 1-4 weeks (International) after we receive your orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number once packages are ready to be shipped.
